Violators may be prosecuted! By registering on a Netmation computer system you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by this agreement please do not sign on to Netmation services.

Agreement
This agreement is subject to change by Netmation at any time, and any changes are effective upon publication under the USER AGREEMENT instructions on every Netmation online computer system. Each user is responsible for complying with all terms and conditions of this Agreement. The content of Netmation's service is subject to change at any time without notice. Netmation may restrict or limit use of any portion of the service by time of use or Users permitted to use.

Fees and Payments
Services and/or merchandise which require a fee are payable in accordance with billing terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable. Current fees and charges for optional services will be posted under the PRICES instructions on every Netmation online system. Users may not place orders on Netmation's service using any expired, false or unauthorized credit card.

User Names/Passwords
Access to Netmation services is through a combination of user First Name, Last Name and Password. You assign a Password on your first visit to a Netmation system. Your Password is the key that unlocks access to your personal profile and mail.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Netmation be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to lost profits or savings) which is in any way associated with any data in Netmation.. If the foregoing is not with standing and Netmation is found liable for any loss or damage due to the use of Netmation, Netmation's liability shall in no event exceed any fees you may pay Netmation.

Mail
Netmation's computer services allow users to share information with other users both privately and publicly. Users agree not to use Netmation to transmit, publish, or display any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, sexually explicit, threatening, ethnically offensive, or illegal material. Netmation reserves the right to review and edit any material submitted for display or placed on Netmation systems. Users agree not to engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Users to buy or sell any products or services without Netmation's prior written consent. Netmation shall have no liability for material displayed in a mail conference.

Pursuant to the Electronic and Communications Privacy Act of 1986 (18 USC 2510 et. seq.), notice is hereby given that there are no facilities provided by this system for sending or receiving private or confidential electronic communications!! ALL messages shall be deemed to be readily accessible to the general public! DO NOT use this system for ANY communication for which the sender intends only the sender and the intended recipient(s) to read!

Continued use of Netmation's online service by you, will be construed by Netmation to mean that you have read, understand and agree that all messages which you leave here on this board constitute PUBLIC MESSAGES and no privacy within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. 2510, 2511 et seq or under any other relevant statute, regulation, or otherwise implied.

Netmation reserves the right to review and edit any material displayed on our service.

Data
None of Netmation's data may be reproduced, sold, or in any manner be commercially used without the express advance written permission of Netmation Inc. Netmation makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, including without limitation those of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Because of the possibility of human or mechanical error from its sources, Netmation does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information published herein or its fitness for any particular use. Netmation is not responsible for any errors or omissions.

Netmation will not, under any circumstances, be held liable, directly or indirectly, for loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused by a User's use or reliance on the information provided.

Financial Analysis and/or Information
Opinions, advice and all other information expressed on Netmation's service is that of the provider and not of Netmation Inc., and should not be relied on for important personal decisions. Information found on Netmation's having any bearing on financial or investment decisions should be reviewed with your CPA, tax attorney, financial advisor, and/or other investment professional before using it. Netmation's takes no responsibility for the accuracy of any programs or data found in Netmation's online services or distributed software.

Information regarding a users financial holdings, employment history, and credit card information, which may be requested in order to provide a particular product or service, shall be disclosed only for the purposes for which such information is collected, or as required by law.
